Role Summary

Main Accountabilities
• Deliver high-quality key working and groupwork programmes to meet the needs of clients
• Conduct comprehensive needs and risk assessments to inform individualised support plans
• Provide ongoing support to clients in making positive changes to their lives and achieving their goals

Requirements and Qualifications
• Valid driving licence and access to a vehicle for work travel
• Proven experience working in a community outreach or similar setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues

Salary and Benefits
