**About the Role**

G2 Legal Limited is seeking a highly skilled Senior Associate Solicitor to join its expanding Employment team in Reading. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on employment law matters, including disciplinary and grievance procedures, sickness absence, and TUPE transfers.

**Key Responsibilities**

* Provide day-to-day advice on employment law matters to clients
* Manage a mixed caseload of contentious and non-contentious issues
* Conduct redundancy programmes and restrictions
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals

**Requirements**

* 5-10 years' experience in employment law
* Strong contract employment law skills and knowledge
* Excellent academic record (minimum 2:1 degree)
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
