We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Bartender to join our team at The River Grille at The Bristol. As a key member of our hospitality team, you will be responsible for overseeing the smooth operation of our River Lounge and Rick's outlets, ensuring exceptional drink quality and guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and mentor a team of bartenders to deliver high standards of service and drink quality.
  • Set the tone for service and ensure a welcoming atmosphere for our guests.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels, manage stock, and optimize waste reduction.
  • Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement new menu items and promotions.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean and safe working environment.
