**Job Description**
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Mobilisation Specialist to join our team at The AA. As a Mobilisation Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring that Volkswagen Group vehicles are safely back on the road after a breakdown or repair.
About the Role
You will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and repairs on VWG vehicles, working closely with customers to address their concerns and provide expert solutions. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, you will communicate effectively, ensuring timely resolution of issues and delivering five-star customer service.
Salary Package
We offer a competitive salary package, with an estimated annual earnings of £44,000, consisting of a basic salary of £36,140 and OTE of £7,860. This, combined with additional benefits, provides a total compensation package of approximately £49,100 per annum.
Requirements and Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- NVQ3 in Vehicle Maintenance and Repair or equivalent qualifications
- Familiarity with VWG brands or experience working on multiple vehicles
- Category B driving licence with 6 points or less
- Ability to work shifts, including evenings, weekends, and Bank Holidays
