Ecommerce Trading Specialist

We are seeking an experienced Ecommerce Trading Specialist to join our team at Whistles. As a key member of the online trading team, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and optimizing our e-commerce strategy.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of e-commerce principles and be able to analyze data from Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement. They will also be responsible for maintaining accurate planning documents, analyzing reports, and advising on product development and promotional strategies.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a fast-growing retail group, TFG London, which operates iconic fashion brands such as Phase Eight, Whistles, and Hobbs, as well as luxury Homewares brand Inside Story. We offer a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.

• Update and maintain planning documents for the trading calendar in line with campaign briefs and site merchandising
• Analyze data from Google Analytics to identify trends and areas for improvement
• Advise on product development and promotional strategies

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be comfortable building relationships with multiple stakeholders, and have a keen eye for detail. Previous experience in a retail fashion environment is desirable but not essential.
