FOH Team Lead Position

At Get Golfing CIO, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Front of House Team Leader to join our team.
About the RoleThis is an exceptional opportunity for a professional with a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and leading a dynamic team to success.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the hospitality industry, preferably with 2-4 years of experience in front-of-house roles.
You will be responsible for supervising and mentoring FOH staff, ensuring they meet high standards of performance and customer service.
Key Responsibilities- Leadership and Supervision: Lead and supervise FOH staff to ensure their performance and customer service are of high standards. Conduct regular team meetings to update, set expectations, and provide feedback.
- Customer Service: Provide prompt, courteous, and high-quality service to all customers. Effectively handle customer complaints and feedback, aiming for immediate resolution.
- Operations Management: Oversee daily FOH operations, including opening and closing procedures. Ensure cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal of all FOH areas.
We are looking for someone with:
- Minimum of 2-4 years of front-of-house experience in the hospitality industry.
- Proven track record of exceptional customer service and team management.
- Strong leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve conflicts effectively.
The successful candidate must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required. You should also be physically able to stand, walk, lift, and carry items up to 25 pounds.
