Job Title: GFI Trade Input Clerk

This role will be based in either London or Dubai, providing administrative support to the Central and Eastern Europe (CEE) Power Markets desk.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Liaise with brokers and customers to collect information, identifying and correcting errors, and bringing them to the attention of relevant parties as necessary.
  • Ensure that Company systems are continuously updated with timely and accurate trade information, answering queries as required.
  • Provide support to brokers to ensure the smooth running of the desk, working under instruction.
  • Collaborate with the Infrastructure groups on a daily basis to address any issues that arise as part of the daily business activity.
Personal Attributes:
  • Native speaker of Serbian, Czech, or Slovenian.
  • Good conversation level in English.
  • Personal and professional integrity and credibility.
  • Confident and personable with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders and customers.
  • Resilience, resolve, persistence, and competitive attitude with the ability to work in a high-pressure environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to demonstrate initiative.
  • Ability to adapt and overcome adversity.
Technical Skills:
  • Excellent PC skills, including all Microsoft packages.
  • Basic understanding of the financial services industry and the sector in which the firm operates.
  • Strong numerical skills with the ability to undertake analysis and communicate key points to others.
  • Clear and confident verbal and written skills.
