Educational Support Specialist

A leading educational recruitment agency, Aspire People, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team. Our agency specializes in providing high-quality support staff to schools across Cannock and surrounding areas.
Salary
We offer a competitive salary of £18-£22 per hour, depending on experience. In addition, you will receive a £100 joining bonus upon completion of your first placement.
Job Description
The ideal candidate will have experience working with children with special educational needs (SEN) and hold relevant qualifications, such as Level 2 or 3 in Childhood Studies or a TA course. You will be responsible for supporting pupils in the classroom, small groups, and one-to-one settings, using positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour-based instruction to help them achieve their full potential.

- Relevant qualifications and experience working with SEN
- Ability to use positive reinforcement techniques and behaviour-based instruction
- Genuine interest in helping children with extra needs
