About the Role

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading coffee machine aftercare company as we seek a skilled Coffee Field Service Engineer to cover Dundee/Aberdeen and surrounding areas. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for traveling to customer sites to repair, maintain, and install customer products, delivering exceptional service to all our clients.

We pride ourselves on keeping the nation's coffee flowing, and our expert team of locally based field engineers, supported by our office-based service desk, deliver exceptional services to various businesses, including cafes, restaurants, hotels, bars, retailers, and more.

  • Servicing and planned maintenance of equipment
  • Emergency repairs

We are an ambitious company expanding rapidly and offer great long-term career prospects with real progression opportunities. Previous experience in coffee/beverage equipment or similar is advantageous, with a sound understanding of general electro/mechanical engineering and fault finding. Training will be provided to fill knowledge gaps.
