As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and upkeep of our estates. This will involve a range of tasks, including cleaning communal areas, handling resident issues, and working in partnership with colleagues to deliver excellent customer care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide a high-quality caretaking service to residents
- Work in all weather conditions
- Operate powered equipment safely and effectively
- Develop and improve caretaking services to meet resident needs
- Full, clean UK driving licence
- Experience in a caretaking or cleaning environment
- Ability to demonstrate practical experience in the use of powered equipment
- Company van for work duties
- 30 days' annual holiday, plus bank holidays
- Two additional paid volunteering days each year
- Flexible benefits scheme, including family-friendly benefits and access to a discount portal
- 4 x salary life assurance
- Up to 10% pension contribution
This role requires a Basic DBS check and a Full UK driving licence.
