Key Responsibilities:
- Provide practical and emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions.
- Oversee a wonderful staff team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
- Participate in regular quality assurance audits and contribute to the improvement of our services.
Requirements:
- NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care L3 or above, with a willingness to work towards a Level 4.
- Experience in managing individuals with complex needs, such as personality disorders.
- Passion for quality care and a commitment to delivering excellent services.
- Good awareness of CQC Legislation, updates, and best practice.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
