Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide practical and emotional support to adults with various mental health conditions.
  • Oversee a wonderful staff team and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to deliver high-quality care and support services.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with service users, their families, and other stakeholders.
  • Participate in regular quality assurance audits and contribute to the improvement of our services.

Requirements:

  • NVQ/QCF in Health and Social Care L3 or above, with a willingness to work towards a Level 4.
  • Experience in managing individuals with complex needs, such as personality disorders.
  • Passion for quality care and a commitment to delivering excellent services.
  • Good awareness of CQC Legislation, updates, and best practice.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
