Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Veterinary Nurse to lead our team at White Cross Vets in Northampton. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in veterinary nursing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and support a team.

About Us

Our practice consists of 5 Vets, 4 Registered Veterinary Nurses, 1 Veterinary Care Assistant, and 4 Client Care Coordinators. We offer flexible working options to balance work and home life, with a standard full-time role covering 37.5 hours per week and a Saturday rota requirement.
