This role involves helping us create a pipeline of talented individuals who are passionate about progressing their careers at the FCA doing meaningful work. You will assist in the design, build, and execution of accelerated development programmes, as well as talent review processes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deploy robust project management skills to plan and deliver talent processes and accelerated development programmes.
  • Analyse data to gather insights to continually improve programme delivery and ensure our talent strategy is appropriate.
  • Maintain robust talent data to monitor and report on performance, progression, and retention stats, as well as measure ROI.
  • In partnership with the Talent Strategy Senior Associate, partner with internal stakeholders to understand challenges and business needs and help identify solutions.
  • Effectively manage budgets, track expenses, raise purchase orders, and invoice management.

We support hybrid working, which means you will be able to work from home up to 60% of the time over a month, with the remainder of your time in one of our three office locations.

To succeed in this role, you should have previous experience managing development or talent programmes, as well as experience using Excel and HR information systems to produce targeted management information and managing large data sets.

As an Associate, Compensation and Performance, you can expect a salary range of £40,150 - £50,450 per annum, depending on location and experience. This includes National rates from £39,100 to £48,800 and London rates from £41,600 to £51,900.
