About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Property Services Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients across the UK.

As a Property Services Administrator, you will be the primary point of contact for our clients, handling queries, issues, and requests in a timely and professional manner. You will work closely with our team of engineers, tenants, landlords, and facilities managers to resolve issues and provide solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to our clients
  • Log and manage issues and requests on our internal system
  • Keep clients informed of progress and provide regular updates
  • Deal with queries and chase for updates in a timely manner
  • Provide support to colleagues during busy periods
  • Ensure Service Centre KPIs are met

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a customer service-based environment
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, busy environment
  • High levels of attention to detail
  • Ability to think outside the box to solve problems
  • Calm demeanor when dealing with urgent situations
  • Excellent computer skills, including Word and Excel
