Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-focused individual to join our team as an Exam Officer. This role will play a crucial part in the management of administrative support services to students and staff relating to the choice of subject, admission, and examination of students by relevant external bodies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage all arrangements for internal and public examination entries, ensuring compliance with Joint Council for Qualifications (JCQ) and examination board regulations.
  • Develop and maintain exams-related policies and procedures, ensuring they are up-to-date and distributed across the full staff.
  • Collaborate with staff to ensure accurate and efficient examination processes.
  • Utilize Excel and Word skills to maintain accurate records and reports.
  • Ensure the pro rata salary and benefits are accurately calculated and communicated to employees.
Requirements
  • Competent in the use of Excel and Word.
  • Knowledge of school's systems is essential.
  • Ability to work accurately and flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
