Job Description

Cammach Bryant is seeking a highly skilled Test & Inspection Engineer to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct thorough examinations of lifting machines, lifting accessories, and other equipment in accordance with established works instructions.
  • Prepare, conduct, and disassemble equipment required for proof load tests.
  • Complete necessary paperwork and LOLER reports.
  • Interface regularly with customers to provide technical assistance and support.
  • Interpret technical drawings and specifications.
  • Calculate sling assembly lengths and working load limits.
  • Advise customers of expected delivery dates and provide regular updates.
  • Maintain a current knowledge of product capabilities, developments, and industry standards.
  • Provide technical assistance to customers and contribute to the development of new products and services.
  • Perform other relevant duties as directed by line management.
QHSE Responsibilities:
  • Follow established HSE, Quality Policy, and relevant procedures.
  • Prevent unsafe acts and utilize the Safety Observation System.
  • Attend mandatory QHSE training and development programs.
  • Conduct pre-use checks of equipment and adhere to the PPE policy.
  • Report all accidents and incidents in accordance with company procedures.
  • Contribute to the development of a positive QHSE culture within the organization.
