About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Commercial Manager to join our team at Rise Technical Recruitment. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for the Quantity Surveying function, including all pre-contract estimating of MEP Systems, as well as advising the company on the procurement process.
Key Responsibilities:
- Cost estimation and budget control
- Tender Management
- MEP Procurement Advice
- Cost Control
Requirements:
- Degree in Quantity Surveying (desirable)
- Chartered Quantity Surveyor (MRICS) or similar accreditation (desirable)
- Experience administrating NEC or JCT contracts valued between £5m and £30m
- Previous experience in related industry; Engineering, Decarbonisation, Construction or M&E
- Commercial Acumen
