Key Responsibilities:
  • Work in partnership with clients to lead implementation projects that ensure successful deployments of Metadvice's technology solutions and deliver the expected benefits to clients.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, timelines, and milestones.
  • Monitor project progress, report on progress, and maintain accurate records of all client interactions, contact approvals, and project-related documentation.
  • Collaborate with Metadvice's technology and commercial teams to ensure client requirements and dependencies are understood, prioritized, and addressed.
  • Continuously engage with clients post-deployment to ensure continued adoption and usage of the application.
  • Assist with developing a community of users and champions to share feedback, learnings, and support the spread of best practice.
  • Provide project management support for internal activities supporting the maintenance of organizational quality and compliance.
  • Work closely with NHS contacts to obtain necessary approvals for technology implementation.
  • Develop and embed a process of continuous improvement for client engagement, solution deployment, ongoing support, and ensuring client success.
  • Lead the development and delivery of training content and support product development.
  • Apply implementation science and methodology that maximizes product adoption across an NHS region.
Requirements:
  • Experience in healthcare technology implementation.
  • Prior experience in a project management or project coordination role.
  • Bachelor's degree or a higher diploma in a life or health science related discipline is desirable but not mandatory.
  • A working knowledge of Salesforce, Jira, and Monday would be advantageous.
