Groundworks Labourer Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Groundworks Labourer to join our team at Padstone Recruitment Ltd. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting a team of groundworkers on a project in Herne Bay.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Mucking away and clearing site
  • Digging foundations and assisting with groundworks
  • Providing general labouring support to the team

The ideal candidate will have a valid CPCS ticket, NPORS, or CSCS card, and be physically fit to perform the demands of the role. The working hours will be Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:30pm, with overtime available. The project duration is expected to be 2-3 weeks, with the possibility of returning for a second phase.
