Job Title: Senior Engineering Resource Planner

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Resource Planner to join our team at Gold Group Limited. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for managing engineering demand data, accumulating engineering supply forecasts, and collaborating with programmes and engineering to prioritize and allocate resources efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage engineering demand data across client operations.
  • Accumulate engineering supply forecasts to meet forward load projections.
  • Collaborate with Programmes and Engineering to prioritize and allocate resources efficiently.
  • Develop and maintain business intelligence reports using tools like MS Excel, MS Project, JIRA, and QlikSense.
  • Align future engineering resourcing with business development and financial teams.
  • Champion engineering productivity by improving resource visibility and utilisation.
  • Identify and track training and development needs within the engineering team.

Requirements:

  • Higher diploma or bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in project scheduling and management.
  • Advanced experience with business reporting tools such as Power BI and Microsoft Excel.
  • Experience in an Agile project management environment.
  • Familiarity with JIRA and/or QlikSense, especially in data manipulation and dashboard creation.
