Agricultural Lawyer

We are seeking an experienced Agricultural Solicitor to join our client based in Banbury. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling a varied caseload of commercial property and agriculture matters.

• Act in relation to the acquisition and disposal of farming businesses, including the transfer of Single Payment Scheme entitlements.
• Provide advice on the sale of agricultural land and act for business owners in relation to the refinance of business assets.
• Assist with the business development and marketing of the firm, generating new business opportunities for the commercial property department.

• Self-driven and committed individual with excellent attention to detail.
• Experience or interest in agricultural matters, with a genuine desire to contribute to the firm's growth and development.
