Digital Sales Manager for Publisher Partnerships

About the Role
Verve Group is seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team and drive growth through strategic partnerships with publishers. This is an exciting opportunity to leverage your expertise in the digital advertising industry and contribute to the company's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities with publishers, leveraging existing relationships and market insights
- Lead external facing calls and meetings with new and prospective clients, presenting Verve Group's value proposition and solutions
- Work closely with product and marketing teams to create compelling client-facing decks and prepare for pitches
- Convert prospects into signed clients, ensuring a smooth onboarding process and meeting client expectations
- Develop and execute strategies to engage new publishers, aligning business opportunities to establish strong and long-term partnerships
- Build relationships with potential clients, negotiate deals, and generate revenue
- Stay up-to-date with market trends and competition, developing effective business strategies to drive revenue growth
- Client management to maximize publisher inventory and daily delivery needs, providing sales forecasts and reports to the executive team
Requirements
- 4+ years of sales experience in AdTech, preferably on the publisher side
- An established network of publishers in the EMEA region
- Experience in executing and managing technical integrations (VAST, o.RTB, Prebid, SDK, etc.)
- Proven ability to manage complex sales cycles and negotiate contracts with potential clients
- Familiarity with cross-department collaboration, including product, engineering, legal, finance, and account management teams
- Creative problem-solving skills to close deals
- Proficiency in a CRM tool, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Full business proficiency in English, with additional European languages beneficial
- Bachelor's Degree
