We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Tutor to join our team at Randstad. As a Tutor, you will play a vital role in supporting students in achieving their academic goals.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Deliver Personalized Lesson Plans: Create tailored learning plans that cater to the unique needs and learning styles of each student.
- Assess and Record Student Progress: Regularly assess student progress, identify areas for improvement, and record achievement levels using our internal reporting system.
- Deliver Engaging Sessions: Design and deliver interactive and engaging sessions that cater to a variety of learning styles and promote student participation.
- Achieve Measurable Outcomes: Work with students to set and achieve measurable outcomes from each session, assessing the impact of your teaching.
- Collaborate with Educational Stakeholders: Collaborate with educational and care stakeholders to ensure student support and ensure that students receive the best possible education.
- Adhere to Safeguarding Guidelines: Adhere to KCSIE and safeguarding guidelines to ensure a safe and supportive learning environment.
- Previous Tutoring Experience: Previous experience tutoring one-to-one or small groups of students needing additional educational or pastoral support.
- Effective Communication Skills: Inspirational, effective, and adaptable communication skills to cultivate meaningful relationships with students and colleagues.
- IT Skills and Equipment: Proficiency in IT skills, access to a laptop/computer, and audio-visual capabilities to deliver engaging sessions.
- Reliability and Flexibility: Reliable broadband and internet connection, and the ability to work flexibly to meet the needs of students and the business.
