HR Business Partner

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced HR Business Partner to join our team at Sysco London. As a key member of our HR function, you will play a critical role in shaping and delivering the strategic People Plan for our site, ensuring the delivery of a day-to-day HR service, and working closely with the site leadership team to drive operational performance and service excellence.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and drive the overall HR strategy and plan for Sysco London, ensuring strong alignment with the SC & Ops strategy.
- Work with the site leadership team to build a positive and engaging culture, and develop leadership capability within the site.
- Be accountable for talent and succession planning, ensuring all business-critical roles have strong succession plans and talent pipelines in place.
- Provide coaching, advice, and guidance on people matters, ensuring business decisions are driven with people at the forefront.
- Manage, coach, and guide the on-site HR team to ensure best practice is followed.
- Establish excellent relationships with other members of the HR teams to ensure a seamless service to the business area.
We are looking for someone who is CIPD qualified to minimum level 5 and has experience of working within a generalist HR environment with senior stakeholders. You will have sound and up-to-date knowledge of employment legislation and law, and be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with demanding stakeholders.
You will be a true partner to the business, able to think on your feet, make good decisions, and take ownership for your area of accountability. You will demonstrate drive, resilience, and a desire to get things done, as well as be able to juggle multiple priorities and stakeholder groups at once.
