Head of Compliance and Regulatory Affairs

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Compliance to join our team at Get Staffed Online Recruitment. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring that our client and subsidiary companies comply with all relevant regulations and laws.
Main Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Managing Director to perform the Head of Compliance role for our client and subsidiary companies.
- Oversee the operational effectiveness of compliance oversight, including responsibility for delivering the companies Consumer Duty plan.
- Develop and implement effective compliance strategies to mitigate risks and ensure regulatory compliance.
- Manage and maintain accurate records of compliance-related activities and ensure that all necessary documentation is up-to-date.
- Provide guidance and support to staff on compliance-related matters and ensure that all employees understand their roles and responsibilities in relation to compliance.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a compliance role, preferably in a financial services or regulatory environment.
- Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and compliance frameworks.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a high level of autonomy and discretion.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks.
