Job Title: Assistant Merchandiser

About the Role:

• The role involves working closely with senior team members to own categories, take ownership of trading areas, and report on Monday trade performance.">
• You will work with buyers to optimise OTB, implement rebuys, phasing, and cancellations, and manage WSSI, mentor junior team members, forecast, plan new lines or volume programmes, protect line cards, and attend range builds.">
• You will identify opportunities for growth, develop strategies for each trading period, and collaborate with buying counterparts to review pricing architectures.">
• You will develop junior team members, delegate workload fairly, and promote a collaborative work environment.">
