We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Support Officer to join our Community Assessment and Treatment Unit team at Cornwall Partnership NHS Foundation Trust.

As an Administrative Support Officer, you will provide comprehensive administrative support to our busy team, ensuring a professional approach to all work assigned.

Key Responsibilities:

* Provide high-quality administrative support to the team, including data entry, document preparation, and filing
* Ensure accurate and timely completion of administrative tasks, including reports and correspondence
* Maintain accurate records and databases, ensuring confidentiality and data protection
* Provide excellent customer service to patients, families, and healthcare professionals

Requirements:

* Good basic education, including English GCSE or equivalent
* RSA II Typing / NVQ Level 2 or equivalent
* Administration experience within a busy office environment
* Proven use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
* Experience in the use of email and internet
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work with people
