SEND Mealtime Assistant

We are seeking a qualified and compassionate SEND Mealtime Supervisor to support a student in Year 1 during their break times and maintain positive routines and behavior. This role would generally fit the hours of 12pm - 2pm, Monday to Friday.
Key Responsibilities:- Making a positive impact on the lives of children with diverse learning needs.
- Supporting the development of children's language and communication skills.
- Encouraging positive behavior and providing pastoral support to children when required.
- Providing feedback to parents and carers on children's progress and achievements.
- Minimum Level 2/3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent.
- Previous experience working alongside children with SEND.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
