Care and Support Service Manager

**Role Description:**
We are seeking a highly experienced and motivated Registered Manager to join our team at SGL Care Ltd. As a Registered Manager, you will be responsible for leading a skilled team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care and support to vulnerable young people.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in children’s residential care, with at least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role. A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is required.
Key responsibilities include:

- Addressing complaints and child protection concerns
