About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Bank Residential Childcare Worker to join our team at Oak Tree House Accommodation.

As a Bank Childcare Worker, you will have the flexibility to choose your hours and work on a bank contract, allowing you to balance your work and personal life.

Some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Supporting our young residents to appointments and activities, such as shopping or trips out
  • Completing relevant paperwork and administrative tasks
  • Undertaking household tasks and maintaining a safe and clean environment
  • Engaging our residents in tasks and activities, promoting their physical and emotional well-being
