Heating and Compliance Contract Lead Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity to join Liberty and lead the delivery of our heating and compliance contract in the social housing sector. The role is based in Knowsley and involves managing a team on a 40-hour workweek basis.


  • Estimated Annual Salary: £42,489.63 (dependent on experience)
About the Position:

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a similar role or industry-related field and possess strong leadership and management skills. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

Main Accountabilities:

  1. Coordinate the day-to-day activities of our service delivery team.
  2. Develop and implement strategies to enhance service quality and efficiency.
  3. Nurture strong relationships with customers and stakeholders through effective communication and issue resolution.
  4. Ensure adherence to relevant regulations and standards in the social housing sector.
Key Requirements:
  • Prior experience in a similar role or industry-related field.
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
