Exciting Opportunity for a Property Damage Insurance Solicitor

We are seeking a talented lawyer to join our Property Damage team, a Tier 1 Ranked Legal 500 Law Firm. As a Property Damage Insurance Solicitor, you will have the opportunity to work on a mixed case load of high value property damage, policy coverage, product liability, fraud claims, and subrogated recoveries work.

You will be conducting advocacy and mediations, handling negotiations and trials, and conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients on a regular basis. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a vibrant and growing team with progression opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conducting advocacy and mediations
  • Handling negotiations and trials
  • Conducting training sessions and workshops for insurer clients
  • Working on a mixed case load of high value property damage, policy coverage, product liability, fraud claims, and subrogated recoveries work

Requirements:

  • Lawyer with experience in handling property damage claims or a litigation lawyer with experience in policy coverage and product liability
  • Ability to work to deadlines, to prioritise and manage a varied caseload
  • Ability to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  • Strong legal and leadership skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Excellent organisation and time-management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
