Job Summary

We're seeking an experienced Supervisor to join our team. As a Supervisor, you'll be responsible for leading a small team in one of our instore departments, providing on-the-spot feedback, and celebrating success. You'll also support in delivering meticulous store presentation and drive store performance to its maximum potential.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a small team in one of our instore departments, setting a positive example and training your team to deliver a world-class customer experience.
  • Create an engaging working environment for colleagues, promoting a culture of collaboration and teamwork.
  • Support in delivering meticulous store presentation, implementing visual merchandising standards that align with the Frasers Group brand.
  • Drive store performance to its maximum potential, achieving results and going beyond set goals.
  • Lead the team to ensure they are efficient in always following best practice to support the delivery of commercial goals and brand knowledge.

Requirements

  • Recent Supervisory experience, with a proven track record of leading teams and driving results.
  • Passion for retail and people, with a strong understanding of customer needs and expectations.
  • Confident leader who can motivate and challenge others to deliver, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented, with a focus on delivering high-quality results and exceeding targets.
  • A desire and hunger to be the best, with a commitment to ongoing learning and development.
