Our Role

As an Assistant Store Manager, you'll play a key role in supporting the Store Manager and assuming responsibility for your store as required. Your primary focus will be on maximising contribution by helping to achieve budget sales and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Assist Store Manager in managing store costs without jeopardising store objectives.
  2. Assist with training, development, and motivation of staff to achieve highest possible levels of customer service and performance.
  3. Manage the customer experience as part of the TWC multi-channel strategy.
  4. Manage customer queries and complaints in a timely and efficient manner.
  5. Ensure customer service standards are adhered to and business opportunities are maximised.
  6. Manage store presentation, including cleanliness, visual display, and merchandising, to reflect the brand.
  7. Maintain open communication up and down within the store, across to other departments, and ultimately with the customer.
  8. Responsible for adherence within the store of all company policies and procedures.
  9. Responsible within the store for health and safety compliance.
