About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Early Years Specialist to join our team at Grandir UK. As an Early Years Specialist, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nurseries to achieve outstanding practices and deliver high-quality childcare and education.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitoring Health, Safety and Safeguarding compliance in relation to the EYFS Welfare Requirements and company policies and procedures, addressing areas of non-compliance.
  • Providing coaching and mentoring to nursery staff teams to improve educational experiences and promote inclusive environments.
  • Supporting the development of SEND provision in line with our SEND strategy.
  • Representing Grandir UK at Ofsted inspections and supporting nurseries to achieve a GOOD or OUTSTANDING judgement.
Requirements

Essential Qualifications and Experience:

  • Minimum of a full and relevant Level 3 Early Years and Childcare qualification.
  • Previous and proven experience in early years delivery at an Outstanding level.

Desirable Qualifications and Experience:

  • EYT, EYPS or equivalent higher level Early Years or Teaching qualification.
  • Train the Trainer qualification.
