Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Front of House Supervisor to join our team at an 18th Century Gastro pub in Newbury. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality and a commitment to providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage a team of mainly part-time employees to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Lead by example and foster a warm and welcoming atmosphere for all guests.
  • Upsell products to clients and train the team to do the same.
