Job Description

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Warehouse Logistics Coordinator to join our team at Manpower UK Ltd. As a key member of our warehouse operations, you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient and accurate processing of goods, samples, and inventory.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement and maintain Good Distribution Practice (GDP) standards in all warehouse operations
  • Handle and process incoming goods, storage, and shipping with precision and attention to detail
  • Process plasma samples with accuracy and care
  • Adhere to safety procedures and protocols at all times
  • Understand and implement company policies and procedures
  • Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment
  • Be available for occasional extra hours on Saturdays as needed

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in warehouse work, preferably in a pharmaceutical or biotechnology setting
  • Familiarity with IT systems, with SAP knowledge being a plus
  • Ability to operate a forklift or willingness to learn with provided training
  • Reliable transportation to and from work
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask
