Qualifications and Experience:
  • Level 4 qualification (or higher) in the relevant digital and technical field.
  • Level 3 Teaching Qualification and a willingness to upgrade to Level 4 within 12 months.
  • Level 2 English and Math's at minimum Grade C (or equivalent) or willingness to achieve within 6 months.
  • Level 3 ICT qualification at minimum Grade C or willingness to achieve within 6 months.
  • Assessing Award (CAVA) or willingness to achieve within 3 months.
  • Evidence of ongoing professional development (CPD).
  • Up-to-date knowledge of current trends in the relevant field.
  • Effective assessment skills and tech-savviness, especially with Microsoft Teams.
  • Experience planning and delivering flexible training in workplaces or workshops.
  • Strong organisational, time management, and administrative skills.
  • Ability to meet timely success targets in regulated and government-funded training programs.
