Job Summary

We're seeking a skilled construction professional to join our team as a Principal Consultant 3D Modeller. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for providing 3D construction and logistics sequences for our projects across the UK.

Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize construction programmes such as Synchro Pro 4D and Asta PowerProjects - P6 Primavera to support the construction planning process.
  • Produce detailed 3D models from 2D design information where required.
  • Develop 3D construction and logistics sequences, including plant, access equipment, and site setup.
  • Create visual images and videos for presentations and tender materials.
  • Collaborate with project teams to ensure high-quality products are delivered.

Requirements

  • Essential experience with Synchro Pro 4D.
  • Knowledge and understanding of construction and logistics in a construction environment.
  • Proven 3D modelling experience.
  • Familiarity with software such as Sketchup, 3dsMax, Revit, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, Photoshop, and PowerPoint.
  • A construction-related portfolio of previous work for review during the interview process.

Desirable Qualifications

  • Educated to degree standard in a construction or design-related subject.
