About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Store Manager to lead our Central London store and drive sales growth. The successful candidate will have a strong background in retail management, with expertise in team development, stock control, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
The Store Manager will be responsible for:
  1. Managing a high-performing sales team to deliver exceptional customer service
  2. Developing and implementing strategies to maximize sales and control stock levels
  3. Maintaining a high level of housekeeping throughout the store
  4. Coordinating staff rotas and holidays to ensure seamless customer service
  5. Collaborating with other managers to achieve sales targets and improve customer satisfaction

Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
  1. Previous experience in Retail management with a proven track record in sales growth and team development
  2. Strong business acumen and organizational skills to drive sales and improve customer engagement
  3. Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
  4. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment
