Are you a detail-oriented and analytical individual with a passion for research and data analysis? We are seeking a skilled Market Research Executive to join our team at Focus Resourcing.

This is an exciting opportunity to work on market and customer research, designing and delivering research studies, data collection and interrogation methods, and reports that support business benchmarking and improvement.

As a Market Research Executive, you will work collaboratively with our team to provide and produce market, customer, and category insights. You will be responsible for performing numerical analyses on business and third-party data, and developing evidence-based solutions to business problems.

We are looking for a candidate with a degree-level qualification in social sciences or equivalent work experience in a relevant discipline. You will have strong research and analytical skills, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to use your own initiative.

You will also have experience in MS Office, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and a strong attention to detail. A questioning and curious nature is essential to get to the bottom of business issues and find solutions.

We offer a competitive salary of up to \u00a324K - \u00a330K, depending on experience, and a range of benefits including 25 days holiday + bank holidays, hybrid working, on-site parking, pension scheme, life assurance, cycle to work scheme, employee recognition, and discount portals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and deliver research studies, data collection and interrogation methods, and reports that support business benchmarking and improvement
  • Work with the team to provide and produce market, customer, and category insights
  • Perform numerical analyses on business and third-party data
  • Develop evidence-based solutions to business problems
Requirements:
