Job Title: Plant Machinery Operator

We are seeking a skilled Plant Machinery Operator to join our team at Allstaff Recruitment. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our plant machinery.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set up and diagnose plant machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Identify and report any process faults or issues with the machinery.
  • Work towards daily production targets and yields, maintaining a high level of efficiency.
  • Perform pre-start HACCP checks and relevant magnet checks across the plant.
Requirements:
  • Target-driven individual with excellent attention to detail.
  • Experience working in a process environment, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Physically fit and able to work across multiple floors and heights.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with colleagues and management.
