We are seeking a Teacher Aide to join our team at beBee Professionals in Weymouth, United Kingdom. The role involves supporting teachers in the classroom and ensuring students remain engaged in their work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and manage classrooms in the absence of the regular teacher.
  • Deliver pre-prepared lesson plans and ensure students remain on task.
  • Maintain discipline in accordance with school policies.
  • Provide feedback to the teaching staff on the progress of students.
  • Support students with their learning when necessary.

Requirements:

  • Patience and a positive attitude toward supporting students.
  • Flexibility to work on short notice when required.
  • A valid DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check or willingness to obtain one.
