Production Supervisor

Our client, an engineering company based in the Redditch area, is seeking a Production Supervisor on a Permanent basis.

As a specialist Automated Painting Facility, they are looking for someone with experience in similar backgrounds such as Powder Coating, Cathodic Electro Painting, Zinc Rich Coating, Dip Spin, and Phosphate and Oil Coatings.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Support the Production Manager in the day-to-day supervision of the Production Team
  2. Ensure Health and Safety is adhered to at all times
  3. Supervise the production process as it moves through different stages
  4. Monitor stock and Raw Materials as required

Main Requirements:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Counterbalance FLT Licence
  3. Ideally have previous working knowledge of Metal finishing process
  4. Full UK Driving Licence
  5. Ideally hold a First-Aid Certificate

This position is Mon-Thurs with an 11am finish on Fridays. There will be overtime available during the week.
