Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Car Sales Manager to join Marshall Motor Group and lead our sales team at our BMW Dealership. This role will see you use your sales management experience to lead the team in delivering good outcomes for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of Sales Executives and a Transaction Manager to achieve sales targets and deliver excellent customer service.
- Liaise with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and work with the team to provide tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with the Head of Business to develop and implement sales strategies that drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
- Monitor and analyze sales performance data to identify areas for improvement and develop plans to address any issues.
- Ensure that all sales activities are conducted in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a sales manager within the automotive industry, with a proven track record of success.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and responsibilities.
