Key Responsibilities:

* Daily bank reconciliation using QuickBooks
* Allocation of cost centres, departments, and projects to assess weekly Work-in-Progress and project profitability
* Preparation of month-end accruals, prepayments, and depreciation for timely and accurate financial reports
* Cash management, including company bank accounts and credit cards
* Credit control and weekly supplier payment reports
* Maintenance of the purchase ledger and petty cash
* Reconciliation and postings of company credit cards and staff expenses
* Management of the Fixed Asset Registers and capital expenditure projects

The employer is flexible on days and would consider either 3 days or reduced hours over 5 days.
