The Victoria and Albert Museum's (V&A) Development department plays a pivotal role in driving the institution's growth and ambitions.

The V&A's Development department secures funds from various sources, including individual donors, corporates, patrons, trusts, and foundations. These funds provide essential support for the museum's strategic plan, encompassing acquisitions, exhibitions, learning, and accessibility programs, as well as capital redevelopment initiatives like FuturePlan.

As Senior Research Manager, you will oversee research provision for the V&A Development department, supporting colleagues with identifying, collecting, organizing, and analyzing research information on prospective donors, supporters, and key issues affecting the department and the wider V&A. You will also lead specialist research efforts to support FuturePlan capital fundraising and multisite programming during a transformative period for the museum.

Salary: The salary for this position is expected to be within the range of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
