You will be responsible for building and managing a team, establishing processes, and ensuring the highest standards of customer satisfaction.
This role requires a strong sense of what good looks like, a problem-solving mindset, and excellent organisational skills. You will work closely with our existing Operations and Technical teams, contribute to the growth story of a public transport company that prioritises technology, and help shape the future of transportation in Scotland.
As part of our team, you can expect:
- A salary of up to £70,000 per annum, depending on experience
