Job Description:

As a Treasury Sales Officer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with Non-Bank Financial Institution clients in the EMEA region. You will work closely with the Corporate Banking team to ensure alignment in client selection and growth strategies. Your primary responsibility will be to design, write, and present proposals and cash management solutions to existing and prospect clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Ensure complete alignment in client selection and growth strategies with Corporate Banking colleagues.
  2. Design, write, and present proposals/cash management solutions to existing and prospect clients.
  3. Delivery of revenue and new business pipeline in accordance with defined and agreed goals and objectives.
  4. Ensure full observance of and adherence to applicable compliance and other regulatory requirements and guidelines.
  5. Provide client and market feedback to management and business partners, including for product development and enhancement.
  6. Act as a liaison with Corporate Banking, Investment Banking, Credit and Risk, Compliance, Product Management, Client Delivery & Service, Implementation and Operations.
  7. Produce or provide input for both external and internal marketing to enhance the visibility of the Bank of America franchise.
  8. Participate in industry events, represent Bank of America externally.
  9. Manage and support the development of team resources, including Treasury Sales Analysts (TSA).
  10. Provide input and briefing information for senior management client calls and other interactions in-region.
  11. Responsible for making decisions on many day-to-day aspects of client relationships.

Requirements:

  1. Successful history of direct treasury management experience within the NBFI sector and/or treasury management sales.
  2. Promotes teamwork.
  3. Focus on customers and clients.
  4. Promotes a culture of compliance and risk management.
  5. Communicates effectively with good organizational skills.
  6. A very good working knowledge of MS PowerPoint, MS Excel, and MS Word.
  7. Ability to collaborate with, coach, and mentor junior colleagues.
