Job Summary

Pertemps is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Parcel Delivery Driver to join our team in Aberdeen. As a key member of our delivery team, you will be responsible for delivering parcels and letters to customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sort and collect post and parcels at the local delivery office
  • Use a hand-held device to capture customer signatures and navigate your delivery route
  • Walk at least 8 miles per day and carry a bag weighing up to 16kg, delivering parcels weighing up to 20kg
  • Drive and deliver parcels on foot, and push/pull a trolley during deliveries
Requirements:
  • Valid UK driving license with a maximum of 6 points (a clean license is preferred)
  • Previous delivery or driving experience is preferred but not mandatory
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Strong communication and customer service abilities
  • A commitment to safe and responsible driving practices
